A slow, calming and reconnecting morning.
Join us on Fridays to enjoy a little moment of connection with nature and community, while savoring organic ingredients grown in living soils.
Come learn, experience and enjoy life at Quinta Vale da Lama.
We’ll start the day with a yoga class to wake up the body in all it’s dimensions: body, mind & soul. This class is by donation, give what deem fair.
Followed by a Workshop with Maria Imaginario where you will discover and learn 3 different ways to create condiments with Chilis and Peppers. In this workshop you will prepare one spicy sauce with chili’s from our gardens and you will take with you a sample of our prepared condiments.
And we’ll end this morning at the farm with a hearty Lunch, prepared with love and ingredients from our gardens as well as local. Dishes inspired by Autumn that will warm up your body and soul.
